One of your fearless leaders and friendly admin for this space. These are my measurements as of this posting (3/24/14). You by no means have to do all of these, but it is a great way to keep track of your progress. At the LEAST, you should post your WEIGHT, AGE and GOALS. Current weight: 145 lb Age: 30 baby! Circumference measurements NECK: 12.5" CHEST: 35.5" WAIST: 27.5" UMBILICUS: 30.25" HIPS: 37" THIGH: (R)22" (L)22" BICEPS: (R)11.5 (L)11.25 FOREARM: (R)10.25 (L)10.25 CALF: (R)14" (L)14" BODY FAT %: 13.92 (as of 4/24) MY GOALS: Lose a few body fat percentages and gain 2 lbs of muscle. I'd also like to clean up my diet a little. Been falling off the wagon lately.

Hey everyone! I am 31, 5'4", 166lb and my goal is to lose LOTS of body fat and continue building muscle. I'd like to maybe compete in some strength competitions, and I hopefully can start running again soon after an injury.

Hey everyone! Name is kris. im 29, 5'9" and 226#. Some measurements I just took at work: Neck: 17.5 Umbilicus: 43.75 Hips:42.5 Calves: 16.75 bilat Forearms: 12.5 L, 12.75 R Biceps:15.5 bilat.
May be a bit off in some cause it was awkward measuring myself, but close enough. My goal is just to lose weight and to look and feel better. Ill definitely need to look at my diet to do that, so eating better is a goal for me as well.

My goals for the 90 day challenge are to shed some body fat, gain some lean muscle, as well as learn some healthy lifestyle modifications I can implement to make the changes stick. I'm a graduate student, so I'm hoping to pick up some tips for healthy choices for an on-the-go lifestyle.

MY GOALS: Look better and feel better then ever!
After having two children, nothing is firm anymore! However, I grew two babies and nursed them strong. It is something such as this that makes you realize just how amazing the human body is. I realize that I CAN DO ANYTHING! Right now, I plan to rebuild my body. I plan to turn this extra fat into muscle and these stiff muscles loose.
Why? So I can become the most healthy person I can be. So I can be walking this Earth for as long as possible. So, not only can I see my children live their lives, but my children's children too! And not only do I want to live a long healthy life, I WANT TO LOOK GOOD DOING IT!

Hey everyone!! LOVING the posts so far. Lauren, I just handed Dave the MyoTape so he'll measure you up next time you see him. Brandon and Kris!! You guys seem to have a lot of the same goals. Kris is also in the health field. After we get going, maybe you two can bounce ideas off each other for what works/doesn't in a hectic lifestyle such as yours. Heather - you're a rock star!! Love your post and your positivity! Can't wait to see how you tackle this Challenge as we move forward!

Im Debbie and I am 50 id like to loose 30 pounds and tone up Weight is 187. I do realy good when I can get to the gym everyday but lately its hard to get there. 2 years ago I lost 70 pounds but have gained 20 back

Hello everybody my name is Maureen. I am 39 years old 132# and 5'1. I definitely need some accountability lately. I love working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle but without a Figure competition to prep for it's been a struggle to get into bikini shape I had my body fat done a couple of months ago and it was 30.2. Not my proudest of measurements this time around. But the tide is about to turn. Here are the measurements: Chest: 36.5 Waist: 31.5 Hips: 43 R arm: 14 L arm: 14.25 R thigh: 22 L thigh: 22 I definitely would like to lose at least 2% body fat. I feel most comfortable at 117# but with more muscle that number may be different this time around. I do have a pair of jeans that are my "test" jeans. When they fit comfortably then I know I am on the right track. I have been following a lifting program and I want to complete it and know that I did the best I can and gave it my all. I would also like to improve my handstand push ups and be able to do a few windshield washer abs (if you haven't seen them they are brutal). I will be 40 in September and I would really like to look better at 40 than I did at 30. Thanks for reading.
