I've had a lot of people & clients tell me that they just don't like drinking water and find it very hard to switch from a daily consumption of soda, juice, fruity waters or energy drinks, etc. to consuming mainly water...they just "don't like it". K, so here's my tough love answer: TOO BAD! Knock it off! Stop drinking the toxin-laden, sugar-filled crap that's adding to your body fat, insulin spikes, hormone imbalances, headaches, lack of energy, and contributing to sending you to an early grave!! Instead, all I ask, is that you simply start drinking the most natural, life-sustaining stuff on the planet. Just DO IT!!!Yeah, harsh. I don't like harsh. But I DO like truth. And although a little harsh, all of that is also very true. But let's get a grip and try to help ease you into things. Yes? Yes. I found a great little blog post with 10 Infused Water Recipes.
