I am seeing a change in my clothes and body from watching what goes in my mouth to the gym. Staying away from fast food is easy for me as im a diabetic so I dont eat it. Not putting cream in my coffee lol I found out I like my coffee without it. I always start out on treadmill and now im moving to other machines that I probably never would have tried.

Debbie that's awesome!! Isn't it the one of the absolute best feelings ever! Great work. Cream in my coffee was one of the easier things for me to give up originally too. The sweetener took longer - more of a weaning process. Lol.

I have to admit, my weight went back up a little bit, but my Bodyfat is down, my measurements are down, and my strength is way up! I'm not complaining as a scale is just one way to measure results.
To share a secret, I don't really care how much I weigh. I want my bodyfat down and my strength up. But those are MY goals!
How are all of you doing?
