1. WHAT IS IT?
A challenge. A push. A little jump-start action to get our buns back on track. Everyone needs a little re-set button sometimes. We've got everyone from complete fitness newbies to seasoned trainers (myself included!!) signing up to join in.
More specifically, it is 90 days of support and accountability toward a health and fitness goal (or goals) that you set yourself. We're going to be assigning One Nutrition-Related Challenge and One Fitness-Related Challenge every week as we move forward to help you get to those goals. The Challenge will end July 14th.
2. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
And that's it!! Every week, WE will announce to you WHAT the challenge is. We'll let you know what it is via a post on Facebook in the event itself AND we'll create a new thread here in the forum under the 90 Day ReVITALizer Challenge Board.
3. HOW LONG IS THIS CHALLENGE?
Like the name says, this will be a 90 day challenge. About three months. That puts us smack dab in the middle of summer. Woohoo!
4. IS THERE A PRIZE?
You mean outside of the priceless personal reward of learning how to fuel your body correctly, move properly and look and feel healthier?
Maybe. Probably. Yes.
As we move forward, we'd like offer mini prizes here and there based on different things. Maybe someone was super active in the forum during the month. Or maybe someone was an awesome motivator on Facebook - sharing photos, tagging people, posting, etc. Or maybe someone who decided to keep a food journal was spot-on and really stuck to their goals and rocked out the challenges every week that month. We'd like to recognize these accomplishments as we go along. So we may be awarding things like training sessions, meal plans, a personalized food journal review, etc. as we go. But it all depends on you guys.
There will also be the Super Boot Camp Session in the Park open to anyone who participated. The Boot Camp will be free of charge and all are welcome to hang out afterward for a little fun in the sun. BBQ, picnicking, volleyball, bocce ball - whatever you want to do. Bring some food, a blanket and your happy smiling faces. Can't wait to see you all there!!
5. WHAT IS THE POINT?
The point of this challenge is multi-faceted.
6. WHY ARE YOU GUYS DOING THIS?
We're not making money on it. So there must be some kind of angle right? Yes and no. The ONLY thing we're hoping to "get" out of this, is maybe some people will like what they experience and want to join us for training sometime. That's it. I mean, this IS our livelihood. It is what we do for a living. So if you want the honest, "angle" on it - that's it. That maybe what we're doing with the ReVITALizer will reach someone's eyes and ears who's been searching for an answer. Who needs help but doesn't know where to start or how. So the more people we can get to join, the more fun it will be, the larger and stronger the community of support will be, and the more we'll be able to help the people who are looking for it. (Plus...we LOVELOVELOVE BBQs in the park. Gonna be a good time.)
7. WHERE IS IT?
Where ever you are baby!! You're totally welcome and able to participate no matter where you are. If you're local, you obviously get the added benefit of meeting us for your measurements if you want, and the Boot Camp BBQ at the end. But the most important thing for us is that this should be accessible and open to anyone who wants to join. As long as you have access to the internet, you're in.

- Step 1: Get excited.
- Step 2: Head over to the forum (congratulations - you found it!)and sign up.
- Step 3: Go to the 90 Day ReVITALizer Challenge board and introduce yourself. You must include at least your name, age, weight (or whatever measurements you feel comfortable sharing) and your goals.
- Step 4: Tell all your friends how awesome you are for signing up and inform them that if they were as awesome as you, they'd be doing it to. (This step is, of course, optional. But one of our main goals with this challenge is to create a solid community where we can all go to receive support, advice and motivation. So the more the merrier!)

- Most importantly to us, we wanted to start working on creating a community. This community will be made of fitness-curious people who are looking to challenge and improve themselves, other like-minded people we know in our lives and of course our current and future clients. A strong circle of support and sense of community is one of the biggest parts of a successful and continued healthy lifestyle.
- To reach your goals. What does that mean? That's the beauty of this challenge. It means whatever YOU deem to be important for YOU in becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
- To have fun!! Becoming healthy and fit is something you do because you LOVE yourself enough to put in the effort to get there! It's not a punishment and should never feel that way. Yes, it's hard at times. But with good people around you and the proper education, help and motivation, it should be a good experience.
- Because even trainers need an extra push sometimes...so the one selfish reason is - yours truly wants a bikini-ready bod by summer!!
