I think I am at 8 or 9 miles and can have 10 after today. I did front squats and a wod with those Tuesday and it is probably from being a new move for me and building muscle for why I was sore after. I was too sore to move mich Wednesday and Thursday and had pain for other reasons Thursday through yesterday. So I did some belly dance and yoga but not cardio until the weekend.
I ran Tuesday after the wod, then I ran Saturday and Sunday. I did some swimming yesterday too. If I run again today, I can get to 10 miles. I am also checking out a Muay Thai class tonight. And I hope to try your boot camp class Wednesday if I am back in time from an appointment (I also sent you a facebook message about that.)
I do not really have a healthier version of food to share but I am happy my mom seems to like Kerry Gold butter. I bought some because I prefer it and my parents were having it but she likes it and that is better than margarine or a butter/canola pil spreadable butter they use.

I was not able to do running or walking today but I am still gorna try the Muay Thai class tonight. I felt I would risk an injury if I did more after the wod Tuesday when I woke up Wednesday. I think I am around 9 miles of cardio though so I got close.

That's really good Ellen!! You're doing great this week! Congrats on your miles. And yeah, I've heard good stuff about Kerry Gold butter before too....I'll have to look it up! Hope to see you Wednesday!
