I think some products work but for the short term. If you are not happy and healthy with your diet and workouts then it does not last.

I agree on the diet/workouts, Ellen! You have to chose something that works for your personality and lifestyle for sure. There are so many healthy options/programs out there that there should never be a need for gimmicks or crappy food substitutes.

I don't like the word "Diet".
Diet to most people means .... temporary .... substitute .... hard .... unpleasant .... etc.
Eating healthy should never be a "diet". It's a way of life.
You will have more energy, look better, FEEL better, recover better, etc. How can THAT be bad?
