NUTRITION CHALLENGE:
**Eat Breakfast EVERY day**

**Add a “convenience idea” regarding breakfast in the forum.**

~If it's a tip or method that you use that really cuts time and works for you – share it in our “Cooking Tips and Kitchen Adventures” board.
Explanation:
Breakfast is one of our most neglected meals of the day. Poor breakfast. Probably because it's also one of our most rushed and hectic times of the day. But studies consistently show that getting a healthy breakfast in every day is essential toward reaching your weight loss and overall health goals.
Parameters:
Let's go over some things that, for this challenge, are NOT acceptable breakfast options: bagels and cream cheese, donuts, cereal, pre-packaged sugar-laden oatmeal meals, pancakes, waffles, leggo my eggos, or smoothies that are entirely fruit-based.
FITNESS CHALLENGE:
**Learn 3 new exercises this week.**
Explanation:
Entering the fitness world can be daunting. Especially if you're brand new to everything and going to a gym, but also even if you're starting a program at home! So this week, I want you to challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone and learn some new moves.

- Start every morning with a huge glass of water
- Make sure you're including a protein
- Include two servings of veggies (either in the meal itself or on the side)
- Keep sugar (including fruit) to a minimum
- List item 5
