My work out was
6 Rounds of 11 pushups 23 squats 19 sit-ups
I was able to do this in 17:26:13. I was definatley "Uncomfortable" during this workout.
After we both finished our workout we took a nice 3 mile walk together. It was a good way to extend our workout and keep the heart rate up longer.
good luck everyone.

I'll definitely keep you updated on Shelby happenings, Jeanette! I love hard workouts like that too. HIIT style/crossfit/bootcampy stuff - I dig it. Plus it's the most effective way to get a good workout in. I definitely agree on the push! I'm so excited for you! I wish I was vacationing somewhere soon. No plans in the near future - but I'd love to go see the fam sometime this summer! (They're in CT and SC.)

Oh, I know Lee - this workout sucked. But only for a little while. Mine was: 7 Rounds of: 12 Push Ups 17 Sit Ups 26 Squats ...and I completed in 15:06. I took a couple mini breaks - so I might've been able to finish a bit sooner than that. But I pushed pretty hard. Dave's time was 19:50. He was 7 rounds too but his reps were 21, 15, 26. (So we tested out pretty similarly in the assessment actually - except he kicked my butt in push ups - I'm terrible at push ups. Blech!) Hope this one's kicking everyone else's butt equally as hard!! Lol....keep the posts coming! Love to hear where you're at!

Haha - gotcha. Cut back that cheese intake!! You'll be doing yourself a favor in the fat loss AND inflammation department. Meat at breakfast is totally fine. But again, if you're on a weight loss track, limit it or go with a leaner option like adding chicken breast to your scramble or some grassfed, lean ground beef!
